Hi all,
Thanks for all the expert advice. I visited the site today and followed
some of Rick Cullen's suggestions (by phone) bypassing the SB50
circuitry to see if there was a problem with the controller. Turns out
there is. Was able to sub out the controller with another unit I had in
stock and the SOC immediately began to rise even though it was late
afternoon. Amps were registering 12 instead of .4. Hopefully the
batteries haven't suffered any long term damage but will monitor them
closely for awhile. Turns out actual battery rating is 1500 at the 100
hr. rate (got some misinfo).

Best Regards,
Ron Young
