[RE-wrenches] Combox to Insight Home upgrade

Does anyone know of any gotchas when replacing a Schneider Combox with an
Insight Home?

I am assuming it is a smooth replacement both from a programming and user
online account perspective.

I have installed both new upon system installation, but not had to perform
an upgrade for a defective unit before.
