[RE-wrenches] GJ 250 circuit breaker DC 250

I've seen a couple of those old Trace breakers with damaged set screw 
connectors. Its been a while back but I replaced one of the old Trace 
breakers with a Magnum breaker. Easy replacement, but you'll need to put 
lugs on the cables. That's a good improvement anyway.
