[RE-wrenches] Availability of 320 watt modules

We had several projects on hold over the winter and now my usual sources 
of modules do not have any 320watt modules.  Can anyone provide to me a 
source for this size module.  Basically in some cases we are getting too 
close to the roof edge with the 360 watt ones, which are available.
