[RE-wrenches] Plumbing/Mechanical Code for obstructions above plumbing vents

Note that CA adopts UPC not IPC and the last time I checked there was no
exception to allow shorter vents under solar panels in the UPC, so it
differed from IPC allowance.
If this has changed, would be glad to be know about it!
