[RE-wrenches] Removing paint from solar modules

Hi Wrenches,

We had some painters try to paint a house in 35 mph winds and (of course)
the overspray got onto some recently installed solar modules.  They were
using a latex water-based exterior paint.  Are there any mild solvents you
might recommend to help clean this up?  Or just elbow grease?
