[RE-wrenches] alternatives to Outback GSLC xxxx box?

My take on the GSLC box issues is the wire.

If the wire in the GLSC was replaced with Arctic ultra flex or similar, then the breaker panel could be hinged to swing ( right or left) without risk of breaking off terminals from the breakers. Both AC and DC this would work with.
Yes still back mount breakers but would be easy to access by the hinged panel.
And that flexible wire makes it very easy to route wires in a neat and orderly fashion because you don’t risk breaking anything.

For a single unit, I have found as much as the GSLC is a super big pain to work in, its just too much work to swap it all out.
For 2 or more inverters then that makes sense to do it as has been suggested here with external breaker panels for AC IN/OUT/Bypass.

So to OB, add some $ to the box and make it super flex wire.

My 2 cents,

Jay
