[RE-wrenches] grundfos cu200 failure?

Jay, I agree it’s probably a controller failure but double check your float wiring, especially if it’s been in service for awhile. The current required to activate that circuit is minuscule. A little corrosion or a loose connection can make that controller do funny things.

And if that light is on it’s supposed to stop pumping. Even if the float was bad or maybe the wires were bad, if the cu200 is seeing a full tank signal it’s supposed to shut off the pump.
And it’s not.
I’ve just never seen this failure mode before.
