Historically everyone that has manufactured shingle or tile solar modules
have failed, Dow Corning as a recent failure, Open Energy is another. So
many connections and small wattage modules. 3 years and many modules are
failing. Why would anyone go back 25 years and use 60 to 90 modules just to
get 6 to 7 kW. This is the wrong direction to go but few listen untill its
too late and the company is gone. But hey what do l know I've only done
this for nearly 40 years.
