[RE-wrenches] XW pro generator synch challenges

Install the newest firmware for the Gateway(Your gonna need one) and the Pro. Then get into region settings and try one until it works. I can’t recall which one. We’ve had to do this to the dozen or so XW Pros we’ve installed to get them to play nice with generators. Once they are set up, they work without glitches.

On AC1 With the factory default settings of 55/65 Hz min max, and the gen running at 62 Hz unloaded it just refused to qualify the power even though it was within spec. By lowering RPM to 61.5 Hz it then will qualify fine. Curious. AC2 does not have this issue even small portable gens will synch and charge fine.

Obviously a problem when gen auto starts but then refuses to charge.
