[RE-wrenches] Skybox manual charge using OpticsRE

On the customers OpticsRE Dashboard, click the little blue gear icon on the upper right of the screen. Bulk Charging setting is on the System Tools pop up, at least that’s how it works on a FX and Radian sites I have. 

Charger setting of the inverter has to enabled, etc.
