[RE-wrenches] 24v to 48v upgrade help

Aaron,

             Ain't nothing wrong with going to 48 volt.  It sort of 
sounded like you wanted to stick with 24 volt but if they want to 
replace PVs too (which it sounded like in your original post), go 48.
