[RE-wrenches] Lithium Ion tool batteries

What lithium battery powered tool brand that has the best performance in 
freezing weather? My 10 year old+ Makita tool set isn't nearly as 
powerful as some newer tools. Even with new batteries, the tools have 
sufficient power in cold weather.

What is the best brand for cold weather operation?
