[RE-wrenches] Incompatible Module with Enphase Microinverters

Does anyone know what happens when you put a 72-cell module on an IQ7 that
is designed for 60-cell compatibility only?

I have "inherited" a site where my initial research appears to indicate
they have 300W 72-cell modules on IQ7 microinverters. I might have bad
information from what the original installer entered in Enlighten - that
remains to be seen.

While they have a branch circuit down, the other branch circuit seems to be
working completely normally. So I'm thinking they actually have 60-cell
panels installed, but I am still curious what would happen if they were,
in fact, 72-cell. Would they just fail to produce power when the Vmp
exceeds the operating range? Or would they start up at all given that the
Voc might be out of range?

Curious....
