Hi Jeremy
Luke is correct that setting is adjustable, unfortunately it must be done on the Mate3S not through Optics.
Here is the path to get that done.
Lock 141-Settings
Scroll down to Mate3S select it
Scroll down to Flexnet DC Advanced Controls select it
Then adjust Low SoC and Critical Soc
You did not mention which batteries you were using but it is
common with the lithium batteries to set the
Low Soc to 20%
Critical Soc to 10%
Take Care All

Wrenches,
Does anyone have some recommend settings for the OB Battery monitor when using Lithiums
We installed a 600 hr pack at 48v
the MATE has been lately throwing a LOW SOC event.
I have reached out to the battery manufacturer, and used their recommended settings but they suggest to basically ignore the issue since the battery monitor was designed for lead acid batteries.
The site will have optics RE, so I don’t really want to just do away with the FNDC.
I can’t imagine I’m the only one seeing this issue. Please contact me off list if you have some insight that needs a phone call. Happy holidays
