[RE-wrenches] Dial torque wrench for S-5 Clamps

Yes, the angled set screw is a huge help. We use a lot of S-5-S and S-5-U
here, but S-5-N is becoming more popular. It boils down to a combination of
the "right" clamp and which one has load test results. Some seams
accommodate multiple clamp types.
