[RE-wrenches] Xantrex GT250 repair

I am working on a Xantrex GT250 negative ground that is in need of repair. I have been having some difficulty navigating the Schnieder corporate system.  Do any of you have experience with this inverter that you might be willing to share with me?  We could chat or correspond outside of this forum. I would be most grateful.
