Some years ago I mis-ordered 5 SB2500s for 208 three phase and it turned
out the system was 240 VAC three phase (open delta).  I had to return the
inverters to the factory to be converted and I had to rewire all of the
arrays.  So no, I don't think this can be done in the field.
