[RE-wrenches] Grid-tie inverter with zero export or non-selling mode

Hi Wrenches, 

I do not see much grid-tie and never with a battery less
inverter. I have a client who wants me to explore zero export for them. I
have looked at http://www.elgrispower.com/ 

Is there such a thing in a
medium size 6 KW Grid inverter built-in that can zero export? Or, Do I have
to externally wire power meters ect?
