[RE-wrenches] fronius country set up

Further information is that the inverter is attempting to push VAR’s.
Its currently set to CA Rule 21.  
And the frequency here is just slightly 60.01 or 60.02.

But I don’t want it to do that.
Im guessing there is another 120/240v set up in the set up code.
