[RE-wrenches] third time charm

Hi folks--Apologies for the snags. I'll be in my grave before I'm skilled at doing pictures. I've attached the picture as a pdf.
This mounting system looks pretty efficient--48 modules on a single pole. Does anyone have an idea as to the manufacturer or experience with the racking? The photo was unattributed.
