[RE-wrenches] pole mount manufacturer w pic

Hi folks, Messed up on the first try. Here's the pic. 
This mounting system looks pretty efficient--48 modules on a single pole. Does anyone have an idea as to the manufacturer or experience with the racking? The photo was unattributed.
