[RE-wrenches] Advanced Energy tech support

Hi all, we have been presented the following from a customer:
 
I have 2 PVP4800 inverters installed in 2011 that include the PVP1010 modules.
Now that Advanced Energy has quit supporting them, do you have any suggestions how I can receive my inverter data?
 
This is not our customer, just a fellow we’re trying to help.  Any words of advice I can provide? I’ve sent emails to the last address I have uncovered and still not heard anything back.
