[RE-wrenches] 24-12v converter

I have used several Meanwells and all have worked without fail. Watts in used Meanwells in the step-down converters for their trackers years ago and I never saw one of them fail either. 
IMHO, no thanks to adding another battery and panel; this approach is simpler and is maintenance free indefinitely.
