[RE-wrenches] Bi-facial Open Circuit voltage testing

I see your question now a bit more clearly. As usual it brings up a new
one. How low is the winter temp for location? Off the cuff I would use
the manufacture data and it is good because it is higher than you measured
at 23C. Any guidance from panel manufacturer who is?
