[RE-wrenches] License Complaints for Bad Work

Instead of "ratting them out",  why not just invite an inspector to look 
at that work, and decide for themselves.  If they didn't pull permits, 
they're in trouble, and if they did and passed, the whole system is in 
trouble.

Personally, I'm getting very tired of substandard work in the solar 
field.  In the 90s, folks didn't know any better, and equipment 
availability was tough too.  In 2020, there is no excuse, and these guys 
are dragging the entire industry and our collective reputation down.  
They've got to get with the program and do good work, or stay out of the 
business.  Period.  Its no longer something we can continue to 
tolerate.  I used to clean up other peoples' messes, but I'm tired of it.

Just because I hold an electrical contractor license doesn't mean I can 
go wire a hospital operating room or X-ray machine.  You specialize, and 
do the best you can to understand and stay on top of your chosen 
specialty.  People on this list generally all want to learn more, avoid 
mistakes, and improve our designs and workmanship.  It takes a lot of 
extra time and effort to be good at what we do.  We can't allow idiots 
that don't even bother, make us all look bad.
