[RE-wrenches] Xantrex GT 100 info sought

[Dave Angelini Offgrid Solar]

A friend of a friend is looking for repair of the Xantrex GT100. It is 3
phase 200 amps. 

Would appreciate any info on who can repair or what has
been used to replace this out of support life inverter. 

He thinks it
needs IGBT.... Thank-you !
