[RE-wrenches] Commercial three phase inverter @208V

[August Goers]

We have a similar size system in the works and a designer recommended
Dongan transformers: https://dongan.com/product/

I have not sourced them or worked with them yet, but they definitely have
models that will work spec-wise with the CORE1 inverters.
