[RE-wrenches] Snail Trails Suniva OPT 270

[Carl Adams]

Swapping a failed SE optimizer this AM and noticed some strange
marks/patterns on several of the modules.  How concerned should I be about
this?  These are SUNIVA OPT 270s installed in December 2014.  Pictures
attached.
