[RE-wrenches] Pulsing with AC coupling

I would think that in time there might be damage. Check to make sure the
inverter is not on search but I stead "ON", next if you turn off the
enphase the the outback perform normally. Check the inverter frequency to
see your frequency is shifting have one that has both AC & DC Coupling and
no issues.
