LG only sell the high voltage (400dc) in North America. The LG 48vdc was
a failure.

What voltage LG battery? Midnight has large (100, 175, 250 A) DC shunt
trip breakers that are 125 v rated. They also have 15 and 20 A 600 V rated
remote trip breakers.

rated @600vdc , 25 amps I'm guessing. A DC rated contactor might be better,
but where to find either? And what control voltage will the ST or contactor
use? I assume its grid-tie if an AHJ is involved. The LG RESU would also
require both pos and neg be switched off (ungrounded neg) for code
compliance. You are probably best off running the battery leads outside to
a 600vdc dp safety switch. And then back it's only 10 ga, wire back and
forth.

120vac-enabled shunt trip breaker on the inverter output at the main load
panel, and have it controlled by a small AC disconnect switch outside? I
say offgrid because I doubt any utility would grid-tie approve as an
outdoor disco, it since it does not visibly open the inverter output power
wires. But it wound save in round-trip inverter wiring outside and back
in to the load center, and perhaps a big AC outdoor disco in larger
systems.
