Hi Drake,
About a year ago I inherited two different off-grid customers with
existing/ failing Aquion battery banks. Higher discharge rate seemed to be
the prognosis. One system had 12 batteries and only 4 could hold under
load. Both battery banks eventually had to be replaced with LFP batteries
and the customers are much happier now. Unfortunately, my experiences with
Aquion have been negative and I would not suggest using them.
