[RE-wrenches] Corrosion resistant racks?

NOAA has it that “In 2010, 123.3 million people, or 39 percent of the nation's population lived in counties directly on the shoreline. This population is expected to increase by 8% from 2010 to 2020.” And at least REC is partnering for floating marine arrays. They’ve certified their panels to be corrosion resistant to EU specs. Surely some manufacturer is building frames that are expected to last as long as the panels. Any advice?
