[RE-wrenches] Tracker manual needed

[Sindelar Solar]

I'm guessing it's an azimuth Wattsun, given that only one linear 
actuator is visible, and the earlier tilt'n'roll had two. I sent William 
a 2009 AZ-125 manual in pdf.
