[RE-wrenches] Slave Radian not showing up on Hub10 or @ Mate3s

Well after just a little over 2 hours on hold I did get through to a very
understanding tech support rep. I explained the issue and that the only LED
on the board that was on was the D21 (Remote Pwr). Today I learned that
this is powered by the Hub. Thus the PSB is indeed dead. I was given a
choice of either a replacement PSB or an entirely new inverter. Apparently
there has been an ongoing issue with the power supply boards lately and in
order to figure out why the engineering department would like to get the
entire unit returned for testing purposes. So for the sake of all of us out
in the field I agreed to replace the entire inverter in hopes that this
problem can be eliminated. Thanks for all your input and now we have yet
another tool in our "mental" toolbag.
