[RE-wrenches] Cad tel module info

Hi All

I’m wondering if anyone can point me to information or has information about the following

1. Can cad tel ( first solar) modules be recycled or are they toxic waste?  

2. How much active material is there per module or maybe watt. It has to be really small. 

I’ve had someone ask me about comparing cad tel vs crystalline and I don’t have the answers.
