[RE-wrenches] Solar set backs

The setbacks you noted are similar to those in NY.  There are exceptions 
to the setbacks based upon alternative access to the roof.  These are 
amendments to the NY Building Code, which amended the IBC/IFC regarding 
this aspect of solar installations.  Email me off list if you would like
