[RE-wrenches] Top of Pole Mount recommendations

Aloha Wrenches,

I have a project that I originally called out Preformed Line Products's
15,14, and 9 panel TPM product. It has come to light that the product will
not meet the AHJ (County of Hawaii) requirements. Which is ASCE 7-10 135
mph.

So now I am on the hunt.

Anybody got a recommendation?
