[RE-wrenches] Battery hydration system info

[Dave Angelini Offgrid Solar]

I usually finish the install with a note above the battery listing the
retail replacement cost plus labor.  I give the owner a manual on how to do
it with the cost of failure at the beginning and end. I do not use
automatic systems.
