It is against code if you do not follow installation instructions from
Schneider or the manufacturer. This really a bad way to get a max harvest
also.
I am curious how it is working?
The safety part is a bit of a
puzzle but it is unintended to run this way. That in itself could be
dangerous as the failure mode might not have been tested for this. I tested
the -80-600 volt mppt here for them and have no recall of this concern.
