[RE-wrenches] Eversource utility in CT

Hi All,
I am doing a residential design for someone in CT. I am not familiar with
the utility there. Does anyone know whether the Eversource utility requires
an external AC disconnect for PV systems? And is that disconnect required
at the house or at the meter (if the meter is on a pedestal near the road)?
This is a fairly simple roof mounted system, <25kw.
