[RE-wrenches] Residential tracker that has horizontal axis in east-west orientation? Problem appears solved

You have to be in manual mode and that is not very easy and we did not 
want to defeat the purpose of automation. We have done the manual ones 
and they do work very well.  People like to move the modules if it is 
easy.  And, these are really easy.  I even did it by just using my 
fingers.  (oyster farm work helps with that)
