Yes, but you need to be quite persistent with pressing two buttons 
simultaneously.  I have not been able to get it in manual mode.  They do 
make a manual tracker that you can adjust  in about 20 seconds with a 
5/8" socket wrench.  The site has infrequent occupancy so we were trying 
to get away from manual adjustments.
