[RE-wrenches] Offgrid labeling questions

Is it going to be inspected? If yes, do what the inspector wants!

 If "no" or after the inspector is done, label the system breakers, warn
about the battery, label disconnects and things that would useful to the
owner or anyone else, like me:) Do what is customary in the county.
