[RE-wrenches] Cutting rail

[frenergy]

Fantastic response in part because now I'll have to add another 
Milwaukee 18 volt tool (portaband) to my pile.  Only in some of my 
situations I've had to use a sawzall (still may try the lubricant idea), 
I have been doing most of my end of rail cuts with the circ saw but , as 
stated in some comments, it has its limitations.  I also like the idea 
of NOT using a torch to shorten some top-of-pole racks.
