What folks need is a right to sunshine. Kinda goes with clean air and water.

We have a customer whose HOA is disapproving his plans to install all black panels on the front (south facing) roof of his house. Does anyone have any suggestions about getting this project through. In my opinion, HOAs should not be able to stop a solar project.
