[RE-wrenches] Anyone recognize this pole mount system?

That's my call too, The Unirac TPM was truly an inferior product, and 
would both change tilt and rotate on the pole in high winds. It needs to 
be pinned to the pole and have bracing added to hold its tilt.  The 
other 2 look possibly home made, there are quite a few of those around; 
folks have some welding equipment and go for it themselves.  I recently 
replaced a horrible home made pole mount made out of Unistrut, the whole 
thing could barely hold up the weight of the modules.  Yours don't look 
too bad,  but I would give it the old field test: grab out on one corner 
and put your full weight on it to see how it behaves.  I also like to 
shake it up and down at the right frequency to see how it behaves too.  
It really should be strong enough for a person to be able to crawl 
around on it.

The tilt angle looks really extreme, many racking companies do not rate 
their systems for tilt beyond 45 degrees.

Also, I would write up some disclaimer  to release yourselves from 
liability.  It should note the substandard racking, the potential for 
failure in high winds or snow loads, and that the customer has chosen 
not to replace the racks.
