Well it seems that I can't leave well enough alone. 

Below are some links I have found to the Tigo and IMO products concerning module level shutdown.
Both have been tested with OutBack products.
I do not think Tigo or IMO have a presence on Wrenches and I know this is 
gaining importance.

IMO Fireraptor is a module level shutdown system that is tested and works with OutBack gear.
