[RE-wrenches] Racking questions

Wrenches,

I am assisting off grid neighbors with a system installed by the former 
homeowner and with no documentation. Among numerous issues, we're adding 
two matching 300W Renogy modules to the existing roof-mounted array of 
four 300W modules. I don't do much roof-mount and don't recognize the 
rack brand shown in the two attached photos, so I am asking for assistance.

What is the brand of rack?

The existing array is set at 30º, and at our 36º latitude it should be 
set at 40-45º for better winter gain. Can you suggest the specific model 
of fixed or adjustable back leg to raise these six modules up?
