You can set up a DC side load dump, l would look at the Blue Ion battery
system because of the great BMS, l have done systems with OutBack dumping
to all kinds of loads, just need to make sure the charge volts are high
enough for both systems

are full, the excess voltage ‘automatically’ charges his secondary battery

I am wondering if a dump load controller would suffice (so when his Solar
One batteries are full, excess voltage is dumped to the secondary battery
bank), but I’m not getting much help from any manufacturers as to what
might work.  Any suggestions?
